At ChiroFitness Xtreme, fitness isn’t just about bigger biceps or how much you can bench. Our ongoing goal is for you to be ChiroFit and achieve total-body strength and conditioning. Our approach is varied. We utilize everything from gymnast rings, tractor tires, and monkey bars to free weights, stationary bikes, and sledge hammers, all to give you the most-complete and functional underground strength and cardio workout you can imagine.
