Red Light Therapy Cancellation
and No-Show Policies
- Cancellation Notice: ChiroFitness Xtreme requires at least a 2 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid penalties. We will allow this to happen one time within a one year period.
- Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 2 hours there will not be a penalty for the first occurrence within a one year period. If a second cancellation within a one year period occurs, please expect a fee of 50% of the service cost and a pre-pay expectation for future appointments.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at your appointment so that you have time to use restroom, ask any questions you may have and you are able to begin your session in the room at the scheduled time. We have allowed time for a quick change both before and after your 15 minute session.
- Late Arrival: Definition of a late arrival is not being able to begin a session at the scheduled time. Please see the above requirements for arrival time. If you arrive within 5 minutes of your scheduled time we can start you with a decreased session time. If by chance there is no one scheduled after you we will allow a full session time with the understanding that wee t4ry very hard to keep a prompt schedule out of respect for all of our clients and patients for future visits.
